Hi friend. My name is Dr. Daya Grant and I’m a certified mental performance consultant (CMPC), PhD Neuroscientist, and yoga/meditation teacher. I help athletes and high performers harness the power of their mind for peak performance and deep fulfillment. I used to be a dancer, but these days I’m a lifestyle athlete who trains for the occasional triathlon or half-marathon. I connect to my peace at the beach or on a hike. Battling infertility was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to go through. I live in Los Angeles with my husband and our two young boys.
